The town can be accessed through two main gateways- Cebu City and Dumaguete City. From Cebu South Bus Terminal, take a bus to Oslob that cost more or less Php 200. Travel time is approximately 3- 4 hours. The shortest trip is from Dumaguete City, just around 1 hour travel time. Daily ferry trips are available in Sibulan Port heading to Liloan Port that cost more or less Php 70. From Liloan, take a bus going to Oslob for Php 20, approximate travel time is 15-30 minutes.

Things to do and places to visit in Oslob, Cebu:
Swim with giant sea creatures– located in Barangaty Tan-Awan, this is the most popular things to do. Be up close with whale sharks. Fall in love with these creatures because it is so gentle. Tourist fee for locals is Php 300 while for Foreigners is Php 500.

Swim in the cool waters of Tumalog Falls– just 15-20 minutes away from Tan-Awan, this 300-foot high waterfalls in the highlands. It can be accessed through steep paved road. You can rent habal- habal or motorcycles with driver to the place at around Php 150- Php 200 per person.

Visit the historical sites– town of Oslob is one of the oldest in the Philippines. Walk through the Calle Aragones established in 1879 and you’ll find the Heritage Park with the historical structures. One of these is the Church of the Immaculate Conception butit in 1848 from coral stones. Other structures are the Cuartel or barracks and the series of defense stones.


Snorkel and enjoy the sand bar of Sumilon Island– site of the first marine sanctuary in the Philippines. Swim with different species of fish and be awed by the fine, white sand bar.
